Double R™ (rice rubber) is a unique, sustainable, eco-friendly product featuring a combination of natural “latex” rubber and natural “rice husks”.
Rice is one of the worlds most plentiful foods consumed worldwide. Rice Husks that are typically discarded after harvesting, are now put to use when combined with natural rubber to create a specialised eco friendly, sustainable product.
Our Double RTM s a blend of 35% natural rubber, 10% rice husks and SBR. This unique formulation is a perfect blend of “eco” function and performance.
Double RTM is a unique rubber based formulation that delivers durability, slip resistance and abrasion resistant properties.
Double RTM is produced in Asia via a patented process, only available through Jones & Vining Incorporated in China.
