POLYURETHANE
Polyurethane and Injection molded outsole and insole products are produced in either our China or Maine factory. Both facilities offer products featuring our high quality urethane formulation designed to deliver Lightweight, Single or Multi Density, Shock Absorbing comfort, as well as Oil and Slip Resistant properties.
EXPERIENCE: Jones & Vining has over 35 years experience in the manufacturing of lightweight quality Poured PU outsoles as well as Injection Molded footwear products to meet the requirements of the North American market.
QUALITY MATERIALS: Branded BASF® and BayOne® Polyether polyurethanes, expanded Huntsman® TPU performance materials, as well as TPR’s, TPE’s and PVC’s available for various product and styling options.
DENSITY OPTIONS:
• Single density (standard or slip resistant)
• Dual Density (with post applied elastomeric pads)
• Triple Density (with cocoon interior, midsole and outsole)
OIL & SLIP RESISTANT: Properties are available for recreational, sport or work applications.
SPECIALTY MOLDING: No challenge is too great for the development of molded products that meet high standards and conform to strict manufacturing guidelines
STRICT QUALITY CONTROL: Incoming inspection of raw materials, lot traceability, on-site material and product testing, 100% inspection of molded products.
COLORS & FINISHES: Basic and specialty molded colors as well as stains and finishes are available.
