In 1984, Jones & Vining revolutionized the footwear industry with the introduction of its patented COMPULAST® system.
Compu-Last® is a computer-controlled last production system which numerically
defines the last; precisely grades and reproduces production lasts; while guaranteeing consistency of quality and fit. This system interfaces with our CAD systems, namely New Last®, Forma 2000® and others.
Jones & Vining was founded in 1930, and is currently the last remaining shoe last manufacturer in the United States.

STRICT QUALITY CONTROL: 100% of production lasts are inspected.
GRADING OPTIONS: All grading standards are available.
GENDER: lasts for all genders (infant, toddler, misses, youths, boys, women and men)
WIDTHS: All widths (AAA – EEEE) straight grade or held to bottoms, as required
CONSTRUCTION OPTIONS: lasts designed for cement, strobel or good year welt construction.
TRIM OPTIONS: HINGES, THIMBLES, AND PLATES: Regular V or pac (European) hinges are available. Footwear made on lasts with hinges end up with proper fitting characteristics as well as a neat topline. Regular or thru-way thimbles available. Toe, heel or full iron plates available.
