In 1984, Jones & Vining revolutionized the footwear industry with the introduction of its patented COMPULAST® system.

Compu-Last® is a computer-controlled last production system which numerically
defines the last; precisely grades and reproduces production lasts; while guaranteeing consistency of
quality and fit. This system interfaces with our CAD systems, namely New Last®, Forma 2000® and
others.

Jones & Vining offers high-quality molded outsoles, produced under specialized manufacturing processes with stringent laboratory testing.

Our JV line of outsoles encompasses the lightweight, texture and finish specifications of a “fashion” platform, our abrasion and oil-resistant formulation specifications of a “performance” platform, while our Double R™ latex rubber and rice husks meet the specifications of an “eco-friendly” platform.

Jones & Vining has a foam product for all of your footwear manufacturing needs–whether its comfort, performance, bounce, or sustainability.

BI-FIT™ is a one piece multi density insole board made of “80% post consumer recycled” PP or PE material. Bi-Fit™ combines a rigid backpart with a flexibile forepart in one easy part. Molded or die-cut options are available, including “strobel stitch” options, plus unique applications feature a toplayer of foam or poured PU, for added comfort.
